Master 2 Arbitrage & Commerce International - Université Paris-Saclay

Courses

The Arbitration & International Business Master’s Degree is structured in three main units: general courses allowing students to have a complete knowledge of Arbitration Law (under the direction of Professor Thomas Clay) and in International Trade Law (under the direction of Professor Sandrine CLAVEL), seminars offering a practical and in-depth understanding of these two disciplines (under the direction of Professor Galina Zukova) and preparations for competitions in which students are put in a situation as arbitrators or advisers. This process allows them to follow the arbitration proceedings, from the request for arbitration to the pleadings (under the direction of Professor Maximin de Fontmichel).
